Under the bridge

This huge mural was another new addition to the spring eye candy along the Rio in Sevilla. The area is under construction and I had to hop a fence and navigate some busted concrete to reach it, but it was well worth the journey.

Outdoor canvas tends to be a temporary medium, with a piece having to withstand the blazing Spanish heat (and it is horrible), rain, drunk teenage kids with spray paint, constructions, and many other hazards which lead to the disappearance of pieces. Ahh, but with the coming of heat also comes a rebirth, with new pieces appearing every day.

Jimi and Devils

This one artist near to my flat has the oddest of styles. His works are very abstract, odd color usage, and the paintings usually contain devils.

Granada- Violin

Granada- Colorful Faces

Granada was one of the most wonderful places I have ever been, in terms of scenic beauty and street art glory. This place was a gold mine for graffiti like Cali in the 1840's. Thank you El NiƱo. Here are some colorful faces.

Pullback

Looking through a hole, the tools, and looking over a concrete jungle that looks forest fire ran through.

Sleep in Sevilla

This was taken during a night of sleeplessness down by the river in a town that hardly ever sleeps.
